The building of new homes in the United States went on hiatus after the overbuilding rush of 2000-2006.  Rialto, Jupiter homes,  is one of the few developments to boldly address this void. Historic lows in housing development were replaced with foreclosures and short sales. However, as we get farther away from the 2004-2006 thrust of new housing, good looking foreclosures or short sales purchased by investors or flippers have already been purchased.

While the foreclosures and short sales are still coming on the market, the quality of homes are not anything like new construction. This has left the void that Lennar is filling with Rialto.

Lennar is one of the largest and best builders in the United States. Lennar built Rialto, this new real estate project in Jupiter on Island Way just north of Indiantown Road, which offers easy access to I-95 and the Florida turnpike making it easy for anyone to commute from work. Nearby and on the east side on Island Way is an incredible Jupiter Community Park with state of the art baseball diamonds, soccer fields and fun for the whole family.

The subdivision is a gated community, Rialto homes will have 484 constructed in all. The community was designed with a Mediterranean flair using Mission style architecture. Barrel style roof overhangs, stucco, Bahama shutters, arches, paver brick driveway and wrought iron balconies are some of the outside facades. Floor plans run the gamut from smaller 1850 square foot 3 bedroom models to the Yalenti 5 bedroom 4100 square feet under air floor plan. One advantage of buying new is the advancement of quality and materials that have developed since 2006. Hurricane impact windows offer peace of mind and huge insurance premium breaks and discounts. The latest in stainless steel, granite, and wood is used to create incredible gourmet kitchens. Volume ceilings with coffered and crown molding offer spaciousness in styling. Yard spaces are plentiful and your choice of private garden tropical foliage views or soothing lake vistas is yours for the taking. Sidewalk lined streets and the large yards with swimming pools are great for entertaining and social gatherings with friends, family, and neighbors alike.

The clubhouse is located on Darby lane right past the gated entry. The homeowners association takes care of many of the amenities. Recreational activities include basketball courts, walking and jogging trails by lake, swimming pool, tennis courts, and a playground. Within proximity are Jupiter “A” rated schools, restaurants, shopping, and the Beach.
